Sambar specializes in tapas, a traditional Spanish accompaniment to drinks, with Brazo-Mediteranean flake. Sambar’s full service bar offers a refreshing choice of beverages to compliment our exciting menu. Enjoy our outside patio while sipping on Red, White or Champaign sangria by the pitcher, a classic mojito, or its Brazilian counterpart, the Caphirina that is made with authentic Cachaca (a Brazilian spirit).
